FAQ

How can I book an appointment?

You can submit a request through the contact form on the website. Please include a description of your idea, the placement, approximate size, visual references, and the dates you are available.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule, please provide sufficient notice. Changes made outside the established notice period may result in the loss of your deposit.

Can I cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment, but deposits are non-refundable. The deposit compensates for the time reserved and the work completed in preparation for your project.

When will I see the design?

Depending on the project, the design will usually be presented a few days before the appointment or on the day of the session. Small adjustments can be made to ensure that the composition works correctly with your body.

Do you tattoo over scars or work on cover-ups?

These projects are evaluated individually. Clear photographs of the area are required to determine what options may be possible.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Get a good night's sleep, eat before the session, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours beforehand. Do not apply numbing cream without discussing it with the artist first.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring a valid form of identification, comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the area being tattooed, and something to eat if the session will be long.

Can I bring someone with me?

Space may be limited, so please ask before bringing a guest. Children are not permitted during the tattoo session.

Can I use numbing cream?

Please ask before using any numbing product. Some creams can affect the texture of the skin and make the tattooing process more difficult.

How long does a tattoo take to heal?

The surface of the skin usually takes between two and four weeks to heal. Complete recovery of the deeper layers may take several additional weeks. Healing time depends on the size of the tattoo, its placement, and the aftercare provided.

How long should I wait before returning to the gym?

It is generally recommended to wait at least 48 hours before exercising. For intense workouts, waiting between three and seven days may be advisable, depending on the size and placement of the tattoo.

Avoid any activity that causes excessive sweating, friction, pressure, or stretching over the tattooed area. If the tattoo is located near a joint, underneath tight athletic clothing, or in an area directly involved in your workout, wait until the skin is no longer tender, swollen, or oozing.

When you return to the gym, wear clean, loose-fitting clothing, prevent the tattoo from touching shared machines, benches, or other surfaces, and gently wash the area after exercising. Do not swim or use saunas or hot tubs until the tattoo is completely healed.

How should I care for my tattoo?

At the end of your session, you will receive specific instructions based on the type of bandage used and the characteristics of your tattoo. Always follow those directions over any general recommendations.

Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the area. When it is time to remove the bandage, gently wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Do not use a sponge or scrub the skin. Pat it dry with a clean paper towel or allow it to air-dry.

Apply a very thin layer of the recommended product. The skin should remain moisturized, but it should not be covered with a thick or greasy layer. Applying too much product can trap moisture and irritate the area.

Mild flaking, tightness, or itching is normal during the healing process. Do not scratch, rub, peel, or pick at scabs, as this can affect the final result and increase the risk of infection.

Until the tattoo is completely healed, avoid soaking it in baths, swimming pools, hot tubs, lakes, or the ocean. You should also avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, exercise that causes excessive sweating, and tight clothing that may rub against the area.

Once the tattoo has healed, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen to help preserve its definition and contrast. If you notice severe or increasing pain, excessive heat, significant swelling, discharge, fever, or redness that continues to spread, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Are touch-ups included?

Any touch-ups required after healing will be evaluated individually. Damage caused by improper aftercare, sun exposure, or picking at the skin may not be included.

Can I get tattooed while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Getting tattooed during pregnancy is not recommended. If you are breastfeeding or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider beforehand.

What is the minimum age to get tattooed?

You must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID, in accordance with applicable regulations.
